Ingredients (for 1 serving)
- 50 ml water
- 1/2 tsp dashi
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs mirin
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 egg
- Spring onions and chived for garnish
Add the deep fried pork cutlet on top of a bowl of hot piping rice.
Add the egg+sweet sauce combo on top of the pork cutlet.
Katsudon is ready to be served. Garnish with slices of spring onions and chives.
