- 100 gr green tea soba (boil according to package instructions)
- 1 tbs pork oil*
- 1 tbs fish sauce
- 1 tbs oyster sauce
- 1/4 tbs sweet soy sauce
- Pepper
- 100 gr ground pork
- 50 gr sliced champignon mushrooms
- 1 tbs pork oil
- 1 tbs cooking wine
- 1 tbs oyster sauce
- 1 tbs fish sauce
- 1 tbs sweet soy sauce
- Chopped spring onions
- Pepper
- Heat some pork fat until oil comes out from the lard.
